All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. We typically take 1-3 business days for handling & processing your order. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 2 to 20 business days. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier.

Carbon steel can rust if not properly cared for. You should not store your carbon steel knife in wet or damp environments. Do not use the dishwasher to clean your knife as the heat and moisture can create rust very quickly. Wash and dry your knife after use, always being cautious of the edge. If you are not going to use your knife for a longer period of time, a light coat of oil is recommended. Food grade mineral oil if the knife is to be used for food. Knives are sharp and designed to cut. Make sure to use proper cutting techniques and never cut towards yourself.

Wildfire Knife and Tool will only accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we will handle on a case by case basis.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

If a return or exchange is granted, we will give you specific instructions on how to complete it.
